chapter 2 dying dragon, crying tigress

tigress:''noooooooooooooo!!!!'' she yells laying on po's lifeless body

viper:''tigress are you alr- GASP.'' she says seeing tigress crying on po's belly.

seeing tigress cry meant only one thing. po is gone. before any of them knew it the leaves of the forest started to spread all around the area. the leaves then surrounded po and tigress. po's entire body started to glow green like the leaves. tigress knew what was about to happen, but she didn't want it to happen.

tigress:''no please, don't take him.'' she pleded to the gods, but it was too late. po's body accended to the heavens, never returning.

crane:''so he's gone.'' he said sadly

mantis:''i can't believe it.''

viper slithers over to tigress and tries to comfort her. losing po was the hurtful moment she has ever faced.

viper:''tigress. i'm truly sorry for your loss. come on. we have to go back to the valley.

tigress:''you're right.'' she says collecting herself for the moment.

the five set out again. this time heading home. the travel back home was hard and saddening. after a couple of days they made it back to the valley.

they all headed back to the palace and give the news to their master.

shifu:''aww welcome back my students.'' he looks at them and could see the sadness in their eyes. he could also see that the panda wasn't with them

shifu:''where's po.''

hearing that name made tigress clench her teeth and paws.

tigress:''master. while on the mission... po was strucken down....protecting me.''

shifu's eyes widen from the news.

viper:''what should we do master?''

shifu:''first we should give the panda a traditional burial. monkey i want you to down to mr. pings and tell him the news.''

monkey:''yes master.'' he says running down the stairs.

a few hours later, everybody in the valley heard the news about the dragon warrior. some of the villagers grieved while the other were just saddened, but the one most grieving was tigress.

tigress was in her room crying her eyes out from the loss of her soon-to-been husband and father. viper enters her room unannounced and sits next to tigress.

viper:''how are you holding up.''

tigress:''fine. just fine.'' she says holding her stomach

viper:''listen. i know this isn't the right time to talk about it but, are you going to tell the others.''

tigress was taking a long breath before saying''tonight during dinner.''


during dinner it was quiet. not one word was said. they were eating noodles that mr. ping was kind enough to make.

everybody finnished thier dinner and was about to head onto bed, but tigress stopped them.

crane:''tigress, what is it?''

tigress:''guys there's something i need to tell you.''

few seconds later


everybody execpt tigress and viper:'' YOUR WHAT!!!!!''

everybody fainted, but shifu managed to stay concious.

shifu:''i-i can't believe it. you and po. you and po.'' he says trying to calm himself.

tigress:''i'm sorry i didn't tell you sooner, but since po is...is.'' she says with fresh tears coming out. shifu grabed tigress shoulder to comfort her

shifu:''i understand... besides i always wanted to be a grandfather.'' he said with a smile.

tigress then hugged shifu and said''thank you father.''
